Position Summary:
This position will assist in enhancing the worship culture and foster relationships within the worship ministry at the Lakeshore Campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Weekly Responsibilities
● Organize and execute worship services, including Sunday gatherings, Wednesday Night Student Worship, special events, and other campus-wide events.
● Creatively contextualize and implement worship sets, incorporating various musical styles and contemporary Christian music.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of worship at the Lakeshore Campus, building strong relationships with volunteers, staff, and the local community.
● Recruit, train, and equip a high-performing team of volunteer musicians, vocalists, and technicians.
● Coordinate and execute scheduled set changes.
● Prepare all weekly technology programming needs to include light programming, ProPresenter formatting and audio preparation for weekend services, staff meetings and other events as assigned.
● Work hand in hand with Tech Coordinators to manage staffing of Tech Volunteers for services.
● Actively participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the Bay Hope worship ministry.
● Contribute to the creative process of writing and developing original worship songs.
● Efficiently manage volunteer schedules, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination across all campuses.
Typical Work Week Schedule
Monday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading worship as well as some background in managing technology when it comes to a worship environment.

Position Summary:
The Land O Lakes Kids Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the spiritual growth, safety, and engagement of children (from birth through 5th grade) at the Land o Lakes Campus of Bay Hope Church. This role involves coordinating weekly children’s ministry programs, managing volunteers, helping to plan special events, and ensuring a welcoming, fun, and gospel-centered environment for kids and their families. This position also offers resources for families of young children to connect them to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. The coordinator works closely with the Central Kids Ministry team to align the ministry with the church’s vision and values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Volunteer Leadership & Support: Recruit, train, and lead high-capacity volunteers, equipping them for ministry through safety training, discipleship resources, and clear processes. Encourage volunteers and their families to grow in their faith and serve with confidence.
● Family & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and volunteers. Provide support, encouragement, and connections to pastoral care. Welcome new families and follow up with regular attendees needing care or support.
● Parent Partnership: Communicate regularly with parents about the learning experiences their children are having. Provide resources, training, and encouragement for faith development at home. Ensure a smooth and secure check-in/check-out process.
● Program & Event Coordination: Ensure programs have appropriate teaching and
well-equipped volunteers. Help plan and lead events such as Kids Camp, Fall Festival, and Baptism Weekends in collaboration with the Kids Ministry team and other departments.
Coordinate needed resources with the Creative team.
● Administrative Oversight: Manage policies, procedures, and systems for Nursery–5th Grade ministries, including attendance, volunteer records, and registration. Communicate needs to the Kids Ministry Director and work within the budget. Purchase snacks for the Trinity Campus, and attend staff meetings and trainings.
● Environment Care: Create and maintain safe, clean, creative, and inviting ministry environments. Routinely update spaces to ensure they meet the needs of children and align with programming goals.

Remaining Hours are flexible to accommodate volunteers’ schedules and ministry needs.
Qualifications:
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
● CPR and First Aid certification are required and can be provided upon hire.
● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● Prior experience in leadership roles with young children in a church, school, or similar setting.
● Must pass a background check and complete child safety training.
● Willingness to follow and uphold church guidelines and Christian Values.
● Ability to lead and cooperate with other staff and volunteers.
● Demonstrate a loving, patient, and calm demeanor.

Bay Hope Day School is currently seeking Part-Time and Full-Time teachers. Our philosophy is that our primary objective is to provide superior Christian Education in a nurturing atmosphere which embraces the whole child. We believe that children should learn in a stress-free, safe environment where guided and free expression activities are combined to enhance each child’s spiritual, emotional, social, physical and cognitive development. We serve children aged 2 through VPK and Elementary age children Kindergarten to 5th grade.
Qualifications
Committed to adherence to our philosophy. Experience working with groups of preschool/elementary children preferred. Must have High School Diploma or GED. DCF 45 Clock hour classes completed is preferred. One position is Lead teacher and CDA is required for that position.
