Hot Topic: Anxiety and our teens. It's driving us away from all the things we'd rather be doing? What is it? Where did it come from? We'll spend some time to better understand it, learn what's going on underneath it and develop language, strategies and ways to navigate it as parents.
We will meet on zoom, Thursday, 9/17 at 7:30.
Session for students will be held on Saturday, 9/19 from 10:00-Noon in person at Lakeshore Campus.
