<p>This registration is for children VPK age and younger ONLY (if your child is in Kindergarten or older, please register for Believer Baptism).<br><br>We are thrilled to share in this life changing event with your child and your family! <br><br>NOTE: By completing this registration for your child, you are affirming the following:<br>1) You have accepted Jesus as your personal Savior.<br>2) You will nurture your child in a Christian church and by your example and teaching, they will be guided to accept Jesus as their personal Savior.<br>3) You agree to allow Bay Hope Church to transmit images and names via the internet broadcast without compensation of any type. You agree to hold Bay Hope Church harmless of any and all liability associated with the transmission.</p>
